Sugar Skull Napkin Holder Day of the Dead Letter Holder or Mail Rack Mexican Folk Art Design for Dia de los Muertos or Halloween Decor

This ceramic sugar skull napkin holder or letter rack features a row of 3 human skulls sitting on a rock style base, at the back is a skeleton hand. The skulls on the front are finished in a unique Day of the Dead Mexican folk art design. This sugar skull holder is a great way to add a bit of fun to your Halloween table setting or party buffet or to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. This skull holder or rack can also hold outgoing mail at the office or hot pads or oven mitts in the kitchen.

The sugar skull napkin holder or letter rack measures:

• 6 inches long, 
• 5 inches tall
• 4 1/2 inches deep
• The slot for letters or napkins is approximately 1 1/2 inches wide.

The Day of the Dead skulls are on one side of the holder, the opposite side is a bone style hand. The bone style hand may vary slightly from the one in the photo (one may be a left hand or right hand).

Each sugar skull napkin holder is made of slip cast ceramics using a vintage ceramic mold for uniformity. All ceramics created in my shop are kiln fired, this piece is fired twice, once to the bisque state then the final glaze firing. All detail is hand painted with non-toxic underglaze and finished with brushed on glaze that does not contain lead. The bottom of each napkin holder is finished as well.  

Please note that these items are created from earthenware clay and finished by hand so there may be inconsistencies or slight imperfections. This will not affect the function of your item, it's just the way earthenware is.
