Owl Plant Tender Water Spike in Earthtone for Indoor or Outdoor Container Plants

This ceramic hoot owl plant tender or water spike is a clever way to add accent to your plants and help keep the soil moist. Plant tenders can be used in outdoor container flower gardens or indoor house plants. Using a plant tender is easy, simply insert the spike into the soil and fill the reservoir with water, refill when dry. The water in the reservoir is absorbed through the cone keeping the soil moist surrounding the plant. They help eliminate the need for constant attention and help avoid over watering too. 

This plant tender is made of hand cast with clay slip and fired in my kiln. Each piece is glazed by hand and fired in my kiln a second time.  All glaze used is non-toxic. Made in the USA.
