Frog Plant Tender or Irrigating Water Spike Kiwi Green Ceramic Glaze Use Indoors or Outdoors

This Frog plant tender or irrigating water spike is finished in kiwi green.  Made of premium ceramics irrigating plant tenders help keep flower garden containers or potted house plants watered without constant attention and help avoid overwatering. Plant tenders are easy to use, just insert the cone shape spike into the soil and fill the frog reservoir with water. The soil absorbs the water through the porous spike, just fill the reservoir when needed. Plant tenders work well to keep plants watered while you are away, can be used indoors or outdoors.

The frog plant tender measures:

• 6 inches tall overall
• 2 1/2 inches wide
• holds approximately 3 ounces of water

The head is removable so the remaining body of the frog can be filled with water. The opening at top of the body is approx. 1 1/4" diameter, the drainage spike that is inserted into the soil is approx. 2 1/4" long. 

This plant tender is made of hand cast with clay slip and fired in my kiln. Each piece is glazed by hand and fired in my kiln a second time.  All glaze used is non-toxic. Made in the USA.
